Threading quality was good however despite booking for full face threading I opted to not get my forehead threaded.
I was informed that my hair was not “medium length” but “long” therefore I had to pay extra at the end of my blow-dry. I don’t think this is fair or logical since I didn’t have my forehead threaded.
