Awful customer service and treatment, receptionist doesn't speak any English and stylist didnt even show up for the appointment. She messed up my lashes and didn't bother to fix them or call to tell me she wasn't coming. She refused to give me my money back and hung up on me when asked why. Awful staff, salon and experience. Don't waste your time or money on incompetence like this place.

My eyes look totally different from each other. I was there for 1.5hrs and one eyelash has been permed too much. They look totally different and I can't even put on mascara. Terrible job.
