We booked as two friends hoping to get treatments together. On the way to salon wwe received three phone calls from people who could not speak english. We could not understand what they wanted. On arriving at salon ther was no therapist present we were only told Farah coming. 30 mins after appointment time Farah arrived. There was only one therapist for two of us. After some difficult conversation we agreed to return at 3.30 2 hours later. Once w returned there were 2 therapist and we eventually had our treatments. Treatments were nice but were spoiled by hassle over appointments. Sorry we will not be back

I had the 4 layer facial with Ahlam. she was so attentive and kind. The whole process was really relaxing and my skin looked amazing after. Really recommend!

Was awkward and uncomfortable. Hair was cut all uneven, layers not blended at all, all cut free hand and never once checked to see if it was even. Went to 3 hairdressers afterwards and all agreed, had to go elsewhere and pay £40 to get it all fixed.
Been to trying to message salon direct but link on website doesn't work, finally got a response but again there is something odd about the email that cannot sent replies.
Truly an awful experience. Hair ruined and I have had to pay twice, so out of pocket.
