I arrived at my appointment and the staff were not expecting me. The member of staff was no in the salon. She asked if I could come back later or tomorrow and I explained I couldn't as I had my son which is why I booked a morning appointment. They had me sitting for 25 minutes before advising the appointment could not go ahead in due time. When I asked about the refund they said the internet was down and they couldn't process it. Quite disappointing!
