I arrived at my appointment and the staff were not expecting me. The member of staff was no in the salon. She asked if I could come back later or tomorrow and I explained I couldn't as I had my son which is why I booked a morning appointment. They had me sitting for 25 minutes before advising the appointment could not go ahead in due time. When I asked about the refund they said the internet was down and they couldn't process it. Quite disappointing!

No hollywood performed for some reason. Very uncomfortable to be laying half naked over a plastic cover, with no pillow, no towels...very disappointed.

Cannot recommend Farah's enough - what a lovely experience. Therapist was friendly, professional, and my massage was absolutely amazing. Can't wait to go back in February.
