Cannot fault the massage itself - that was amazing and relaxing. However, the cleanliness of my treatment room was not good. There was hairs everywhere including the bed I was to lie on, the floor and even the wax burner - slightly off putting.

I hate to say this but I have never had such a bad experience at a beauty salon before. I would NOT recommend this venue if you are looking to get any sort of beauty treatment whatsoever.
The salon was filthy. No gloves were worn during the treatment, and I had to go straight from the salon to the shop to buy baby oil to remove large patches of wax which was unprofessionally left on my skin and hair. The wax was not completed, and I was dismissed after 30 minutes with a patchy job.

The cut and blow dry was not included in the deal. It was massage, manicure and pedicure. So it should not be added to this deal when informing people. It’s misleading for customers.

This was a last minute massage and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a lovely back, neck and shoulder massage and amazing value for money too. I even got an extra 5 minutes of a head massage at the end too which was lovely. I’d highly recommend!
