Farrah was lovely She did the style I wanted and accommodated to me and my sister being hijabi by covering areas so men could not see us walking by the shop. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted!

I booked a 1 hour microdermabrasion facial with Farrah.
A number of reasons for why I'm so disappointed in my service today:
1. I booked my appointment with Farrah. However, another lady did my treatment.
2. I PAID for a 1 hour treatment, yet my treatment lasted 45 minutes. So I need a refund for this.
3. During the MICRODERMABRASION facial, the lady used the microdermabrasion machine for LESS THAN 2 MINUTE!! She applied a mask for 10 minutes, for the rest of the time she just applied cleanser

This has got to be my worst experience with facials. I arrived on time, I said hello and no one responded, I sat for at least 15 minutes before I was seen, very unwelcoming. I was then taken to a room in a rush put on the bed and Farrah proceeded to slather some product on my face, and then turned the lights off and left me for 5 mins, came back and did the same again and left. She finally came back and started scrubbing my face vigorously, as if she was scrubbing a rock. I booked a 45 min session for microdermabrasion, and got no longer than 10 mins of the actual treatment. Once she was done she put me a mask that stung so bad it was so hard to tolerate (and stated that is would cost me £85 alone for this mask somewhere else!) she left me again in the cold room for about 15 mins, it was so uncomfortable. She was extremely unprofessional and very unskilled. I really do no recommend this place for a facial at all.
