I was hoping to get my hair cut done by Farah but when I reached there was someone else to cut my hair. I haven't been well for few days and I really wanted to have a nice hair cut to make my hair lighter . but the way she cut it was so disappointing. she wasn't working on my hair professionally .she shopped my hair. I had very long hair and now they are till my shoulder. 😭. I asked her to make them lighter buy not to chop them... but she didn't know how to make hair lighter.she just cut them really short and also she charged extra from me ...

When I get there the lady said I have no appointment and clearly looked like she don’t know how to do her job.She just refuse to take me in by laying that some invisible customer will come:) Waist of my time.

this was my second visit to Farrah's and she made my hair look amazing. for the first time in my life I have a cut that I can simply dry and have it look amazing! I'm so happy that I have a haircut that I can style myself and feel good about myself
