I booked my treatment online and my appointment was cancelled less than 30 minutes before the start time when I was already in the area.
I did not receive a phone call and only saw the email once I was outside the venue with nobody answering the door.

Farzana is really talented at what she does. I go to her for my haircuts (only hairdresser who feathered my hair properly out of the many I’ve tried asking!), and my nails and eyebrows. She focuses on one client at a time and takes such care when she’s working. You never feel rushed and her attention to detail is fantastic. On top of that she is a lovely lady. I can thoroughly recommend her without any hesitation - you will not be disappointed!!
