It was my first visit and Farzana was lovely and welcoming. She asked me questions on how I wanted the hair cut to look and feel all the way through and made sure that I was always comfortable.

She made me feel so comfortable after booking in for a bikini wax but ended up having a full Hollywood wax 😆 One of the most painful and pleasant experience all in one! 😆

I had visited for makeup and hair she didnt even touch the comb to my hair and charged fully.
No understanding for the need of customer ,rude behavior if try to tell what we need.
very bad experience made me look horrible.
