The massage itself was very good. However, it appears that farzana runs the business on her own so she doesn't have a receptionist or anyone else physically in the salon. I had to book boys whatsapp which took a little while. I had a one hour massage and during that time she was messaging on her phone on at least 6 occasions which was disappointing. During the texting times, she would continously do one movement with one hand. I would have preferred a two handed uninterrupted massage throughout.
