The salon was nice and the hairdressers were friendly. She washed my hair well, while I enjoyed the massage chair, however the haircut itself took no more than 4 minutes - it felt rushed, no length checks were done and I have discovered long bits since, that obviously should have been cut off

The manager brought in her son who was screaming the whole time I was there, as the women who was meant to do my hair did not know what she was doing. They upset me greatly and made me cry.
Three weeks later my roots are terrible and they did not do the highlights well enough therefore the growth is extra-long. The salon is dirty and when I complained I got a horrible email back making up lies that it was all my fault.
I would suggest you go elsewhere and pay a little extra for a better job and service so you feel valued as a customer.
