As the other reviewers have mentioned, looks are deceiving. The venue is really low on ambiance. However I had a lovely haircut from Ruby who was very attentive and careful to check if I was happy with the length that she was cutting off.

Booked very last minute to fix a wonky haircut my friend gave me- she was very friendly we had a giggle and the massage chair whilst I had my hair washed was a lovely treat! I will definitely come again.
