Was a last minute booking and had to change the time because she wasn't available for the time I was booked in. But she offered to stay after closing times or refund me. Was annoying as I had to change my plans for the day, but overall it was satisfactory.

The place was a bit hard to find and ambience wasn't very charming. However, the lady who did my eyebrows was very nice, professional and her service was good.

I would not recommend this place.
I'm unable to rate the massage as I did not get one.
I'd not recommend booking through Treatwell as this company do not look at their notifications and weren't aware of my booking.
I booked a last minute hot stone massage, tried to confirm my booking via mobile but no one answered. I figured it wouldn't be advertised if it wasn't available.
I turned up and was told both therapists were busy and to wait. I waited for 30 minutes and was then told that both therapists had clients for the next half hour at least. Not wanting to wait longer I opted to leave. I was assured I'd get a call from them the next day offering me a massage and a discount/ offer to make up for the inconvenience. I haven't revieved a call and can only assume they have too many clients already and are not bothered about attracting more.
