Its a very clinical facial even to the point bright lights no music and not very relaxing as you have the share the room with another client ! I wasn't asked anything about my skin or told what they was doing next. The fire alarm went off which was no fault of theirs and the other client was coughing the whole time. It was extremely uncomfortable the other client was even on the phone and had it on loud speaker?! The facial itself was ok but the atmosphere was awful

Absolutely love coming to this clinic. They know me now on a first name basis which gives it that personal touch and the clinic instantly relaxes me as soon as I enter the doors. I am always satisfied with my eyebrows and thank you so much to Mai and Hannah.

I have been getting my brows microbladed at Feature Clinic for 5 years. I keep coming back which is the best recommendation. Everything is super clean and hygenic (single use), the staff is lovely and Mai works wonders with my brows. I will definitely be back next time my touch up is due!
