Microblade appointment by Mai on 4/10/21 took much longer than it should have as Mai tried to rectify her mistake. She had made 1 eyebrow curved & the other 1 at an angle. I was told they would lighten over time & the touch up service would fill any gaps necessary so I left the clinic positive. After 4 weeks they still look different and Mai disagrees. Her 2 colleagues, Lynn & Lesley agree that they are 2 different shaped eyebrows.I booked a PMU service with Lynn to rectify it & Mai cancelled it
