Hollywood wax was cheaper than other waxes in the area, so I accepted it would be a different experience. The shop is in elephant and castle arcade, but the windows are all boarded up which was a bit dodgy. The wax itself was not good, it took her like 4 goes each time to take the strip off, so it was more painful than I am used to (been waxing monthly for 2 years). Eventually I quit 2/3 of the way through as I couldn’t hack it anymore. She offered me a refund but never messaged anything.

Whilst the lady was sweet this was a weird experience. It’s in a barbers so there’s quite a lot of noise from the equipment & chatting, not too relaxing. The massage itself was also a bit strange; she did my feet and face - well I might add, but odd!
