Eleni is incredibly friendly, professional - puts you at ease very quickly (which is helpful when you're having a Hollywood/Brazilian wax!). Very quick and therefore less painful than I've experienced with other therapists. I will be going back!

A good wax, hair all removed, but not entirely smooth, I finished the job myself the next day by shaving the little bits. Lovely staff, made me very comfortable. Didn't expect it to not be a separate room but down a couple of stairs with a curtain (bit distracting hearing people waiting in reception), it was fine and felt relaxed and comfortable, just a little unexpected! Good enough job though all in all and I'd probably visit again :)

Exactly what I wanted and badly needed. In my long experience, it's not easy to achieve this. The hand massage, whilst the masque was on, was a wonderful treat and much appreciated. The fact that there was no hard sell on products, just a very brief, gentle discussion, was the ultimate relief. Flat on your back - with machine gun product promotion being fired at you - is awful. A fantastic experience all round - Laura was wonderful, friendly and professional and put me at ease. The wax was perfect and relatively painless. I will definitely be returning and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
