My appt time was changed as a therapist had called in sick but still had to wait about 30mins upon arrival. Receptionist was very friendly though so this was okay, plus I was in no rush. Once I went in for treatment Eleni was very nice and very professional and did a great job on my wax. Would go again.

As always the staff at Feel Fab Beauty were lovely. The waxing could have been a little tidier this time, it wasn't completed very neatly, but on the whole a good experience.
