Really pleased with the hollywood wax - one of the best I've had. Nice attentive therapist and really thorough :) will definitely go back.

I visit the salon regularly and I have known the owner, Eleni, for many years. She always puts 101% into her work and this shows time and time again. The attention to detail is second to none. Thorough work, caring attitude and a fantastic service and expertise keep me coming back to Feel Fab Beauty. I used to have very bad acne which has all but long long thanks to his place. I truely recommend it!

I've been visiting this salon for over 18 months, and I have also known the owner for several years. I've always been extremely satisfied with the service and the treatments I've received from Feel Fab Beauty. Service is impeccable, the salon is clean, tidy and very welcoming. I trust Eleni and always feel totally cared for, and over the years we have become firm friends. Eleni is knowledgeable with many years experience in the beauty industry. I would strongly recommend this salon.

I was burnt from a simple upper lip wax on my face, and hacked at for hours having a brazillian. At one point I thought I was going to have to leave because it had taken her 5-10 attempts to remove the strip. I have been getting waxes for 10 years and so have very little hair. I woke up the next day with bad swelling. I also had a burn on my face for days which I had to treat with aloe vera. I was called after I sent my first review for a courtesy call and spoke to the manager who was very sweet and told me I could come back for a refund (and made a note on my account) or an alternative service. After my terrible experience I decided to go for the money. I work long hours and so came back about 3 weeks later to the ruddest and most unhelpful women (not the manager) who refused to give me a refund despite the fact there was a note on the account to. She would also not give me the managers number and gave me the leaflet which had her (the unhelpful waxers) number on it, which she ignored. I have never been so shocked or disappointed. Terrible customer service, and terrible experience. I am scarred, literally!! And extremely let down.

I went to Feel Fab beauty for a hollywood wax and was really impressed. As pain free as these things ever are, really nice therapist, very clean and pleasant salon. Would recommend.
