The salon was clean and the therapist was friendly and made the wax as pain free as possible. I will be going back.
Treatment was lovely, the facial couldn't have been better, brilliant therapist. My only suggestion would be a room that is a bit dimmer as it was very bright.
This is the first time I've had a wax, and I found feel fab beauty friendly and efficient, I'll be going again!
Eleni is a miracle worker! Her facials are so relaxing (i have fallen asleep through some), yet thorough. She not only is great at what she does, but beyond that - she is amazing with people. She truly has the ability to win you over with her big smile and warm personality.
I will gladly recommend her to anyone who needs some TLC, and a fabulous facial!
Brilliant service, Jess was very friendly and welcoming, and she kept me informed the whole time of what she was doing (very important as the last place I got waxed was awful and the girl clearly had no idea what she was doing). I had booked at the last minute on the day and the price was very reasonable, especially as they use good quality wax - and she did everything she could to ensure every hair was gone! Will definitely be going back.
