I had a lot of pain and am already feeling so much better the day after. The masseuse was very skilled and focused the massage around the pain, rather than giving me a generic massage, which was great and just what I needed. I even managed to get a last minute appointment in a Friday after work which is a miracle in itself. Id definitely go again, very pleased
