Unfortunately the salon cancelled my booking less than 1 hour before I was due to have it. It was for an event that evening, so it really put me in a predicament. I couldn’t find anywhere else to get my hair done at such short notice. I understand that things happen, but I wasn’t offered any alternative stylists, alternative dates/times or even a small courtesy discount for rebooking which I would have done as I’m due a cut anyway. Would have been nice as I really like the salon otherwise.

Hajra was brilliant, I’m so happy with the service and the treatment. She was friendly, kind and knowledgeable about the treatments available. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and I will be returning :)
