I really wanted to like the therapist and the venue - they are nice, kind people who made an effort with me. Unfortunately I don't think the facial here is worth the price. They are not particularly informed about skin, do not tailor the facial (as far as I can see) to the skin you have, and used a lot of fancy-looking gadgets that as far as I can tell did nothing. I am still squeezing whiteheads and blackheads out of my skin, which should never happen after a facial!

I had an amazing first experience! The music was on point. I felt extremely welcomed and as if I was catching up with old friends. We discussed what I wanted and I was told about the risks. I signed a waiver and we went ahead and started highlighting. The tea and blueberry muffins were delicious. The shampooing and massaging were out of this world! Finally we proceeded to the haircut and all of the suggestions were welcomed. They offered me even more food: crisps & hand mouth fed me chocolate.
