I never leave a review but I’m so appalled by the service. Firstly, I still have split ends following the cut and secondly the blow-dry was flat and sticking out. I told the hairdresser this wasn’t what I wanted. She then went over it to create a half bouncy blow dry which dropped after half hour as she didn’t re do it from wet!!
My hair is now straighter than ever before.
She also scratched my neck with the brush and no apology. Infact she barely spoke a word. Very awkward experience! Avoid.
