smelly towels, damp at the walls, the salon was very untidy. The hair wash was very unprofessional and hard. the salon tools, like the straighteners, where burned and looked filthy.
The hair stylist did nevertheless a good job, but the salon is nothing to recommend if you are looking for a nice and relaxed experience.

I'm a very disapointed about this booking , Mr Fernando sent to me email 19th of May after midnight with information he is away and can't make it. I got this email in the morning just before my trip to London, the booking was for 9am on Saturday 20th of May. I was shocked because I had my friend wedding this day and he left me without possibility to book someone else in such a short period of time and also I with train ticket I bought a day before . I sent to Mr Fernando 2 emails asking to refund my money paid thought Tretwell but he ignored them and even didn't bother to say sorry for such a late cancellation.

Great haircut- they hadn't got the booking through their system from Treatwell which seemed to happen to another person who also had confirmation. Led to a bit of confusion and a rush but haircut made up for it.
