Great, friendly service, they managed to reschedule my appointment with less than 30mins to go as I had a plumbing emergency which was so helpful & when I got there the next day had remembered & enquired if all was OK! Charlotte, my stylist, was pleasant, friendly & professional & the atmosphere in the salon was nice & relaxed. I had my hair done with Charlotte I showed her an image of what I would like and the short of colour and she advice me what she could and couldn’t do and went through the process. My hair turned out just how I wanted it. Definitely would go there again!
