All ferrari’s Staff are customer focussed and professional at all times. I feel the environment is relaxed and the service always runs to time. I am given choices every step of the way and always offered good advice. I am always offered a refreshment and always greeted with a smiling face. I would not want to go to another saloon as it just wouldn’t be the same. My highlights are literally the highlight of my month. They are all well trained in their trade and are especially skilled at colouring

I have been going to this hair dressers for the passed 5 years. Even moving from Kent to Essex I come down to Ferrari hair salon to get my regular hair appointments. Vicky is brilliant and knows exactly how to cut and style my hair. My hair is not easy to manage and she always does such a great job. The other girls are lovely and the atmosphere is nice and chilled with refreshments always offered.
