I booked an appointment with Jacqui. I have very heavy hair and it falls flat very easily. I wanted a hair cut that would add instant volume so that I don’t have to rely on hairsprays and chemicals to achieve it daily. Jacui understood very well what I was after. She layered my hair nicely, removed split ends and maintained the length. The finish was ‘à la mode’. I am very satisfied with the service and the amiable staff. I am giving 4 stars simply because I like to use a service at least 3 times, if consistent then I feel 5 stars are very well disserved. 2 more haircuts to go :)
