Charlotte was lovely and reassuring. I've never had my hair shorter than my waist but due to it falling out I needed it cut. Charlotte was very gentle and attentitive and checked in with me at all times to make sure I agreed to what she was doing. I have bad anxiety so getting my haircut is not an easy thing for me. But Charlotte was wonderful and really put me at ease.
