Location difficult to find and tucked at the back of a salon. Shaped my eyebrows without consulting me on shape. I assumed it would just be a tiny up of my current shape but made them really thin and not something I liked. I got the dye applied and it was literally black, but I'm very fair and blonde so this looked ridiculous. Requested that dye be removed immediately. Then told that HD brow can't be done with any lighter shades, which I know is not true. The beautician I met was really nice but treatment was really subpar.
