No one LIKES getting their bikini wax done, but Kirti is so quick and professional. Makes you feel at ease and gives you advice on how to make the experience easier next time (exfoliating etc). I have been coming here for nearly a year now and I refuse to go anywhere else.

Kirti is a brilliant beautician. She knows how to shape my eyebrows which suit my face. I always go back to her as I know I will always get great results. She also gives the best head massages and pedicures.

I arrived for my appointment and had to wait for the lady as she was running late, she did text me to say she was a bit behind and this was fine. When she arrived I waited 10mins for her to set up and then was taken into a small room at the back of the hair dressers. There was a bed and 2 hard fold up chairs. I was asked to sit on the chair whilst the lady was still setting up, pulling things out of draws. The lady began my pedicure by filing my nails and cutting the cuticles. She cut one of my toes whilst doing so. She then proceeded to paint my nails and put the cuticle oil on them. As a way of apologising for being mate she offered to three my highbrows for free. This was fine and I thanked her.
By this time the next appointment had arrived and I was asked to sit in the hall way next to a dirty mop and bucket and a very dusty shelf with dusty boxes and equipment. Whilst I was sitting there the nail varnish on my toe started to separate. When she came back out to check on me I told her and she re done the one toe. She left me again to deal with the other appointment and by the time she returned the varnish had separated again. Third time lucky she redone my varnish. An hour and a half later I finally left (with a 15% off voucher for my next visit!). When I got home and had a closer inspection some of the paint had separated on the other toes and the one she had redone was a very dodgy paint job. I then checked my eye brows to notice that I had several cuts on my face. Unfortunately I won’t be visiting again!
