My therapist was nice but I can’t say I enjoyed this experience. The atmosphere wasn’t great with the noise from the salon and tinny music played off her phone. I had a pedicure, facial and back scrub. All of which were quite rough. The pressure was fine but she was very quick and a bit slapdash meaning I couldn’t relax at all. During the ‘relaxing’ mask part of the facial and back scrub she was clanging around the small room, knocking the table etc, I wish I could have given this a better review but I honestly can’t. It’s a shame as some small tweaks could improve the experience a lot.

This is my second time coming to see Kirti for my wax. It was quick and she made me feel at ease as always - quality of the wax is great and it is done in 20 mins or less. Make sure you visit!
