Henrietta undertook a thorough examination in which she analysed my skin in depth and set out a plan for treatment. She switched things around making the facial personalised and targeted my problem areas. The treatment itself was wonderfully relaxing and I left with my skin feeling hydrated and beautifully cleansed.
