I am almost finished with my laser course for my back and shoulders with Fi, she is really knowledgeable,. I was nervous starting this because i went to a high street clinic, they didnt give me a patch test and i didn't see any results. I have suffered with my back hair for years but Fi explained everything and she is really friendly, fifi's retreat is clean and a calm environment, I highly recommended Fi everyone.

Fidan is always very professional yet friendly and makes you feel very welcome. The salon is so well presented and always spotless. I have been using Fidan for my waxing for a number of years now and wouldn’t even consider using anyone else for this service as she does such a fantastic job. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Let’s be clear…Fi has many talents but she is the QUEEN of hair removal. I’ve known Fi for years as she originally did my waxing and I can honestly say you will not find anyone who will give you a smoother or painless wax. We’ve now been doing laser and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you want someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and passionate then Fi is your woman. Believe me when I say that she will not rest until every hair is gone!
