I had a lovely experience, I usually feel nervous about my hollywood wax but she made the whole process comfortable. Defo the best I've ever had! I'm very happy with the service. Soon as I walked in the room I fell in love with the scents in room which was a lovely touch to the experience. Thank you

Fidan is very professional but so friendly, she made me feel so at ease. Fidan privided advice on what she thought the best treatments would be in order to achieve the results I wanted. I have had both microneedling and chemical peels and I can definitely see a difference. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Fifi's Retreat.

The place was exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. The attention to detail was impressive, and the waxing process was virtually painless. I also enjoyed the great conversation throughout. Plus, I loved that she maintains excellent hygiene
