This was my first visit to Georgina's and I was really pleasantly surprised. I had read many positive reviews online, but still approached them with some trepidation, as have tried a few more expensive places and been sorely disappointed. I'm glad to say that my trepidation was completely unwarranted,
The staff were friendly and very accommodating, considering that I was 35 weeks pregnant with twins and really struggling on a hot day (to the point where I had to take a few breaks to cope with the heat). They have a lovely, unpretentious set up, still top notch, but much friendlier and calmer than some of the really busy 'big name' hair salons, where you feel like you're on a bit of a conveyer belt.
As I had a very specific cut in mind (going from long hair to an inverted bob) I chose to have my hair cut by a Director. I brought some pictures with me and got a superb cut that really suits me. I felt that I was listened to and understood and got exactly what I had asked for. I've had so many compliments from friends and family and didn't feel the need to tie my hair back the next day to hide a bad haircut, as has sometimes been the case when visiting other salons!
I was really pleased with the service and would gladly recommend it to others. Considering that the it is located in the heart of Richmond the price was very reasonable, too! In my experience good hairdressers are hard to come by, so am very happy to have found one locally! I'll be returning for sure. Thank you so much to the team!

I just can't really fault this place. The staff are lovely, and when they were running late, rather than just sitting me there with a cup of tea, they did a complimentary hair mask. The cut was exactly what I wanted and the blow dry was perfect. I can't believe how affordable it is and can't imagine going elsewhere.

This's my second visit to the salon. It's a different stylist this time. The haircut was ok but the blow dry was terrible - just all the way hair pulling. When I walked out of the salon, my hair was neither straight nor wavy, simply not good.
