Some confusion over my booking and the person it had been booked with not having the skills needed.
Everybody was very nice and friendly, but I really didn't feel my hair was done well enough to warrant the price.
There was a bit of a mix up with the bookings - I think it had been overbooked, and I was originally asked to come back in the afternoon. As I was unable to come back then, I was given a complimentary hair treatment while I waited for my appointment. The staff were all really friendly, and my haircut was exactly what I wanted - however it was a little chaotic at the beginning. This did put me slightly on edge - I'd not visited this salon before and I was a bit nervous that they might be charging through the appointments to clear the backlog!!! But this wasn't the case - it was a good salon and good haircut.
Not very consistant customer care, I was offered a beverage on my visit but my husband wasn't when he busied the day before.
Hair cutter much shorter than discussed and in a way I haven't done for years because it doesn't look good at all with my curly hair if I don't shape them every morning.
I would have been better off with not cut. I won't visit again.
