I was warmly welcomed and seen immediately (even early!) by Ran. He listened carefully to what I wanted and managed to interpret my vague request perfectly. Head massage was relaxing and cut was spot-on, even with my difficult-to-deal-with thick wavy hair. Will be back.

I had an Ombre rather than a Balayage. The results were much better than expected on my hard to manage fine hair. Michael who did my hair did an amazing job it must be said. The only minor let down on the overall experience was the lack of atmosphere and conversation considering I spent 2+ hours in there I did become a little restless at times. Staff were friendly enough though and I was offered a drink. I am hoping to return in due time when funds allow. Thank you Michael:)
