I thought my visit to this salon was pretty average.
My hair dresser never cracked a smile once and didn't even know how to part my hair properly, I actually had to physically part my own hair because the parting was zig zag- this was mid- cut too.
The wash was rubbish, the best part of getting your hair cut is the head massage and I didn't get one.
There was also a male member of staff who was moaning about Treatwell as apparently they end up getting double booked because it doesn't show when they're already booked up. This just made me feel unconfortable and not welcome because they weren't aware of my booking as I booked about an hour before arriving.
Overall the cut was okay and blow dry was spot on. Also the lady who greeted me upon entering the salon was very nice and friendly.
Lovely place with very welcoming staff and no smug overpriced nonsense that you can get with the higher priced/designer salons.
