I booked this haircut via the Treatwell app because I preferred to do this rather than book an appointment in person or walk in during lockdown. I arrived early, which was a good thing so that Ellie could brush out my knots in the back of my hair before she washed, cut and blow dried it. Ellie wore gloves, a face mask and a visor as she cut my hair, which complied with the current safety guidelines. I am pleased with the final result of my haircut.
