Blow Dry
I asked for a very simple trim to my short bob. The stylist worked very slowly and I didn't understand why, until I was shown the bill. They quoted me a lower price for a short cut, but it turns out they charge by every 15 mins! So my bill ended up being 30% more than what I expected to pay. Not to mention I had to spend extra time at the salon. The cut wasn't even good- I'm going to have to get it trimmed again elsewhere!

The team at Figaro are lovely and competent and it's very good value for money. Sabina gave me a fantastic blow dry that's lasted for days. I would definitely go back.

What I loved: very attentive service, coffe offered, front of house was great, part of service: hair dry was good, the pricing policy is very confusing
Could have been better: place is too small, no proper guest bathroom, a new service (sort of weight loss exercise) is not properly separated from the other part of the salon so it would be very intimidating,
