a great blow-dry, my hair has never been so sleek before

I made an appointment for full highlights + haircut for a set price. Apparently I had to do a colour test first and was told I could have my hair and come back after 48 hours for the highlights. I ended up paying the full price for hair the cut and was told the highlights would cost more than double compared to the agreed price through Treatwell. Perfectly fine if you can’t offer full head highlights + hair cut for a certain price, but in that case you should not mention it as possible online
