I was booked with Betty but got Gioana. She was very pleasant and friendly and did my hair the way I like it so thank you Gioana. My only complaint was that I wish someone had contacted me to ask if I was o.k. with the change of stylist. I found out when I received my appointment reminder. I do not blame Gioana for this at all and was pleased with the haircut she gave me so thank you Gioana. I would use her again!

Gioana was lovely and warming however the cut I was given was not what I asked for and very uneven! Would not come back!
