The salon was empty, no customers. Peter was 15 minutes late and the appointment only took 40 minutes. I showed him a photo what haircut i would like and walked out the door with a haircut that was just a shorter version of what i went there with, no resemblance whatsoever to the one i would have wanted. After i washed and straightened my hair at home i noticed the inconsistent lenghts. Worst haircut ever, wish never went there I was told that using straighten is an extra £15 charge. I
