Manicure didn't last even few days. It is quite visibly uneven. I was overcharged by 2 pounds. There was a fire alarm during my appointment which prolonged it for around 40mins - I wasn't even offered a discount.

Lovely new venue. Small consultation room. Could do with a chair to put clothes/shoes. Treatment-wise, more information about whats happening and why would be appreciated.
