My cuticles were not trimmed, my nails were really badly shaped and the gel polish has chipped in less than a week. Really not happy with the level of care put into my manicure - was all finished in 25 minutes. Will not be coming back.
Tea is great and is so attentive to details. No one else does my nails as well as her!
