A lot of hairs that were near my bikini line were left there. Some of them were short (which I said were fine to leave), but others were definitely long enough to be waxed off. I was also covered in wax at the end of it and offered no oil to clean up.

My appointment ran 45 minutes late! The management was awful - I paid for an hour manicure it was crammed into 45 mins. The nail technicians were lovely though and did a good job but completely over worked. I was not even offered a discount for all the time that I had wasted. The nail polish choice is very very limited.
