This was my second treatment at Girls. I went back because I really enjoyed the first wax with Michelle. This appointment started off badly as the beautician called me when I was on my way at 18:25 asking me if I still wanted to keep my appointment since I was late. This was not the case, my appointment was booked 18:35 and I arrived 5 minutes beforehand at 18:30. When I arrived, there was no towel on the bed and nowhere for me to leave my clothes. These things I could have over-looked if the Brazilian wax was done well. While very pleasant, the beautician, was obviously in a hurry, which is why suspect she called to hurry me along. She also proceeded to wax me using the wax over very big areas if skin instead of small areas to save time, which meant she made me bleed and missed key areas. Every Brazilian I’ve ever had, has include waxing the back as well as the front. This was not even offered to me. Essentially, I received an extended bikini wax. I didn’t raise it at the time as by this stage I was very uncomfortable and just wanted to leave.
