I had a lovely experience here and my nails look gorgeous now! The nail tech I had was honest about whether she could recreate the nail art I wanted which I really appreciated! Will definitely be coming back regularly

I was looking forward to the appointment as I got a great vibe from the salon when I stumbled across them on Treatwell. On arrival, the venue was a little cold. I took my jacket off anyway as I knew I’d be restricted to help holding my skin tight for the threading - it was bearable but wouldn’t have been if I’d been having a treatment that needed me to take more clothes off. Even the lady doing my treatment had her coat on throughout. There wasn’t anywhere to hang my coat and no one offered to take it so I had it on my lap instead - not really a big deal but not the service I’d expect. I was on a typical salon style chair which you can lie down on (the kind you’d have for a massage, facial or wax) which was against one wall. The lady commented on my brow shape which was lovely and I asked for a simple tidy up as I wanted to keep my natural shape. The right brow (the side she had more access to) was done perfectly, I’m really happy. Unfortunately the left brow leaves a lot to be desired - it doesn’t match my natural shape. It also doesn’t match the other one. I’m guessing this is because she couldn’t access this side properly. So, I now have one square and one rounded brow - really not that impressed.

All treatments were great. Their set up for pedicures leaves something to be desired but the job was well done - my nails look great!
