Haircut was fantastic, absolutely cannot fault it. The lady did a brilliant job. Though I felt very uncomfortable from the minute we walked in, almost like we were imposing. The lady cutting my daughter’s hair did not look happy about doing it and made very little conversation. My daughter is autistic and I could see that she felt uncomfortable. I tried my best to drum up conversation but it was like trying to draw blood from a stone. Haircut was fantastic but just unfortunate that the experience was uncomfortable and unpleasant. I think that maybe this hairdressers should stick to adult cuts. I would not bring my daughter back here and nor would I have my hair cut here after the experience.

I am over the moon with my hair colouring appointment, Ingrid transformed my hair from blonde to a rich chocolate brown colour, she was very patient with me and discussed all my options before going ahead. I showed a picture of the hair colour I liked and she matched that colour perfectly. I would highly recommend Ingrid, she has a very calm, happy manner and gave me the hair colour I wanted. I also love my olaplex treatment :))

This was the 5th time I went there to have my haircut and again was really happy with the result. Shannon listen to me when I explain what I wanted and did exactly what I wanted . 5 stars for Shannon. I am very happy with my new hairstyle
