The manager was horrible! Rude and condescending old woman. Turned out I didn’t get a proper consultation and booking was incorrect but I was not allowed to only have a cut and blow dry. Too much time had been booked so had to have more done.
Apparently highlights are only for roots and needs to be told if wanted for full length.
Question if they used olaplex with hair colour resulted in add on treatment instead of yes or no.
The girl who did my hair was really nice and did a good job.
