- place was not too clean, primarily the bathroom. At a place where you're meant to relax, you expect a nice smelling loo (invest in a diffuser!) - masseuse was quite chatty: not the most ideal quality. I just want to relax. - Unprofessional: unnecessary comments on hair + said I've cellulite (I'm literally at 20% body fat) & then said 'good u go to the gym'. Cellulite is fairly common in a woman esp in thighs so was unnecessary - spent a good 30 mins massaging my head in a 'sports' massage
